By using this website, placing an order, purchasing music, downloading files, or submitting a licensing inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Prices and currency

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, product details, and shipping rates may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order.

Orders and payment

Orders may be paid by the checkout methods currently offered on the website, including Stripe-supported payment methods or Interac e-Transfer where available. Orders are not considered complete until payment is confirmed.

Interac e-Transfer orders may remain pending until payment is manually received and confirmed.

Physical products

Physical CD orders are prepared for shipment after payment confirmation. Shipping availability, timing, and delivery estimates may vary by destination and carrier.

Digital products

Digital albums and WAV singles are delivered through secure download links after payment confirmation. Download links expire after 90 days and allow up to 3 downloads per item.

Lost or expired links may be reviewed manually through support. Purchasing a digital download gives you a personal listening copy only. It does not grant resale, redistribution, public-use, sync, commercial, broadcast, podcast, social-media, advertising, sampling, remixing, or licensing rights.

Music ownership and intellectual property

All music, recordings, artwork, text, images, branding, and website content remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload, remix, sample, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit music or downloads purchased from this website except where separate written permission has been granted.

Licensing inquiries

Licensing inquiries submitted through this website are requests only. No license is granted unless written approval and agreed licensing terms are issued.

A music purchase, download, inquiry submission, or email exchange does not by itself grant permission to use music in media, commercial, public, broadcast, promotional, monetized, podcast, social-media, advertising, or recurring content.

For cover songs or compositions written by other songwriters, additional permission may be required from the original songwriter, publisher, administrator, or other rights holder. Jamie Penner Music can only review and approve rights it controls.

Accuracy and availability

Jamie Penner Music aims to keep product information, pricing, links, and availability accurate. Errors may occur. If an error affects an order, Jamie Penner Music may contact the customer to correct the issue, cancel the order, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse download links, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

Jamie Penner Music is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, third-party service interruptions, payment-provider issues, shipping-provider delays, customs delays, or customer misuse of purchased products or download links.
