This page explains how physical CD orders, digital downloads, returns, and support requests are handled.

Currency and payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Orders are prepared, shipped, or delivered after payment is confirmed.

Shipping for physical CDs

Physical CD orders currently ship to Canada and the United States. Other locations should contact Jamie Penner Music before ordering physical products.

Orders are shipped after payment confirmation. Shipping times depend on destination, carrier availability, weather, customs, and other delivery conditions outside the artist’s control.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.

Damaged or incorrect physical orders

If a CD arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped, contact support within 7 days of delivery with the order number and a description of the issue. Jamie Penner Music may request photos of the damaged item or packaging before arranging a replacement or another resolution.

Returns and refunds

Unless required by law, all sales are final once payment is confirmed.

Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, duplicate orders caused by customer error, digital downloads after access has been issued, incorrect email or shipping information entered by the customer, carrier delays, payment-provider delays, or failure to review product details before purchase.

If there is a problem with an order, contact support and the issue will be reviewed manually.

Digital download access

Digital downloads are delivered through secure links after payment confirmation. Download links expire after 90 days and allow up to 3 downloads per item.

Digital download access is for personal listening and personal collection use only. If a valid link fails, contact support with your order number.

Licensing is separate

Buying music from this website does not grant synchronization, commercial, broadcast, public-performance, podcast, social-media, advertising, or media-use rights. Licensing inquiries require separate written approval.

For cover songs or compositions written by other songwriters, additional permission may be required from the original songwriter, publisher, administrator, or other rights holder. Jamie Penner Music can only review and approve rights it controls.
