What licensing means
Personal listening and media use are different.
Buying a CD, digital album, or WAV download gives you a copy of the music for personal listening. It does not automatically give permission to place the music in a video, advertisement, podcast, public production, livestream, broadcast, monetized channel, or commercial project.

Because a project may involve both the underlying composition and a specific recording, direct licensing requests are reviewed individually.
Direct licensing

Direct licensing may be available for music where Jamie Penner controls the necessary rights. For original Jamie Penner compositions and recordings, direct sync and master-use licensing requests can usually be reviewed directly.
